1

Tib Raise

Building strength in the tibialis anterior improves ankle mobility, reduces the risk of shin splints, and enhances knee stability. The Tibialis Raise, especially with added resistance, reinforces the front of the shin by driving the toes through a full range of motion.

2

Ankle Rotations

Improving ankle mobility and stability, ankle rotations help reduce the risk of sprains, enhance balance, and support overall joint health. This movement strengthens the surrounding muscles by moving the ankle through its full range of motion, promoting better control and flexibility.

3

Hip Flexor Raise

Enhancing hip strength and mobility, hip flexor raises help improve posture, balance, and athletic performance. This movement strengthens the hip flexors through a full range of motion, supporting better control and injury prevention.

What is the Solo Tib Bar V1?

The Solo Tib Bar V1 is a simple and effective tool designed to help you strengthen your tibialis anterior, the muscle that runs along the front of your shin. Strong tibialis muscles play a key role in improving knee health, reducing shin splints, and enhancing lower leg strength.

The V1 version is the original design of the Solo Tib Bar. It does not include a heel strap, which means it’s not ideal for performing hamstring curls, but it’s still a great option for tib raises and other tibialis exercises. It’s also a more affordable option compared to the V2.

Who should use the Solo Tib Bar V1?

The Solo Tib Bar V1 is ideal for:

• Athletes who want to build stronger, more resilient lower legs

• Runners looking to reduce shin splints and improve ankle strength

• Lifters adding tib work to their lower body days

• Anyone following Knees Over Toes training who wants to strengthen their tibs affordably
